Governor Rick Perry of Texas, who is prominently featured in the above video advocating for secession from the Union, has recently asked for federal funds to deal with a possible swine flu pandemic. If you're going to be even remotely serious about secession, Governor, pay your way. Failing that, try shutting up for a change!
