The question asked by "Dhimma" (whom you can tell is going to be anti-Muslim just from "her" nick) is one of those garden-variety "I hate Muslims, but I don't know as much as I think I do so I'm going to ask a question that really highlights my ignorance of the world around me"-type questions. :) Anyway, "she" wrote:
